Diana Fensome, Receptionist Supervisor, has been at the practice since 1998. She is married and lives in Old Warden with her three sons, Pepsi and Cola her two working Cocker Spaniels and Bonnie the cat!.

She enjoys the variety that the job offers and the contact with the clients and their animals.

Vicki Pratt, receptionist, joined us in 2015 after working as a doctor's receptionist for 15 yrs. She lives in Biggleswade with her husband and daughter and owns a Great Dane x Bullmastiff, Dexter and a cat called Alfred.

Elouise Pemberton, receptionist,  started at the practice in 2015 after moving to Shefford and having gained plenty of experience working at other local veterinary practices.

She has three dogs, a Pug called Dot, a Pug cross called Luna and an English Bulldog called Olive. She enjoys spending time with other pug owners and walking her own dogs.

She enjoys her role at the practice due to the interaction with clients and sharing her passion for animals with her colleagues.

Ellie is currently on maternity leave.

Sharlie-Anne Collins, receptionist, joined us in 2017 after working for four years at the East of England Ambulance Trust as a call handler. She lives locally with her husband, son and step-son and a very handsome British Shorthair cat called George. 

Clare Turner, receptionist, joined us in 2018. She had been a client for many years whilst working as a dog groomer for over fourty years. She enjoys working part-time as the other half of the week she is kept busy looking after her grandson.

Alison Cooper, receptionist, joined the practice in 2019 as maternity cover, having previously worked at a local veterinary specialists as a rehabilitation technician.
Ali lives in Old Warden with her 3 daughters and husband. Any spare time is spent with the many family pets which include two dogs, Stanley and Dora and Puss in Boots the cat. 7 Indian runner ducks, 16 chickens, 2 rabbits and a dumbo rat named Balloo
