rm smallRebecca Muskett - receptionist joined us in June 2021. 

She lives in Cardington where she keeps her horse, Boomer who she says keeps her fit and takes up most of her spare time.

She really enjoys the busy working environment at the practice and the variety of working on reception.

Clare smallClare Turner, receptionist, joined us in 2018. She had been a client for many years whilst working as a dog groomer for over fourty years. She enjoys working part-time as the other half of the week she is kept busy looking after her grandson.

Sharlie smallSharlie-Anne Collins, receptionist, joined us in 2017 after working for four years at the East of England Ambulance Trust as a call handler. She lives locally with her husband, son and step-son; a cat called Daisy and a very handsome British Shorthair cat called George.

Vicki smallVicki Pratt, receptionist, joined us in 2015 after working as a doctor's receptionist for 15 yrs. She lives in Biggleswade with her husband and daughter and owns a Great Dane x Bullmastiff, Dexter and a cat called Alfred.

Ellie smallElouise Pemberton, receptionist,  started at the practice in 2015 after moving to Shefford and having gained plenty of experience working at other local veterinary practices.

She has five dogs, three pugs and two English Bulldogs and a young daughter who was born in 2019. She enjoys spending time with her family, running her small side business and her pug group.

She enjoys her role at the practice due to the interaction with clients and sharing her passion for animals with her colleagues. 

Diana smallDiana Fensome, Receptionist Supervisor, has been at the practice since 1998. She is married and lives in Old Warden with her three sons, and Pepsi and Cola her two working Cocker Spaniels.

She enjoys the variety that the job offers and the contact with the clients and their animals.
