Diana smallDiana Fensome, Receptionist Supervisor, has been at the practice since 1998. She is married and lives in Old Warden with her three sons, Pepsi and Cola her two working Cocker Spaniels and Bonnie the cat!.

She enjoys the variety that the job offers and the contact with the clients and their animals.

Tracey smallTracey Albone, Receptionist, started at the practice in 2010. She lives in Gamlingay with her cat, Vinny and spends most of her spare time caring for her 2 ex-racehorses, an Irish Sports horse and a pony.

She recently joined our team after being a client since her teens. Having lived in the area for many years she is delighted to see so many new and old friends coming into the surgery.

Vicki smallVicki Pratt, receptionist, joined us in 2015 after working as a doctor's receptionist for 15 yrs. She lives in Biggleswade with her husband and daughter and owns a Great Dane x Bullmastiff, Dexter and a cat called Alfred.

Ellie smallElouise Pemberton, receptionist,  started at the practice in 2015 after moving to Shefford and having gained plenty of experience working at other local veterinary practices.

She has three dogs, a Pug called Dot, a Pug cross called Luna and an English Bulldog called Olive. She enjoys spending time with other pug owners and walking her own dogs.

She enjoys her role at the practice due to the interaction with clients and sharing her passion for animals with her colleagues.

Shar smallSharlie-Anne Collins, receptionist, joined us in 2017 after working for four years at the East of England Ambulance Trust as a call handler. She lives locally with her husband, son and step-son. She currently doesn't have any pets but is on the look-out for a new feline companion for her son.

Clare smallClare Turner, receptionist, joined us in 2018. She had been a client for many years whilst working as a dog groomer for over fourty years. She enjoys working part-time as the other half of the week she is kept busy looking after her grandson.
